who we are
HISTORY

What started as a small dream to start a school, the route to getting there, is the tiny step we took by focusing on the people around us, who make our lives easier, but struggle to make ends meet. One of the major factors that create stress for them is the thought of educating their children. They want their children to get quality education, so they don’t have to live a life of struggle like they did. Noticing this as a primary concern for many of the families, we decided to help reduce their burden by helping them financially with respect to academic fees. An account was opened for each child who approached TTBF where a monthly deposit was made, which culminated into a significant amount, which helped them pay the fees for the year. We ensured that the money that was invested was solely for the purpose of education. What started off with helping one family from the year 2010, has culminated into helping over 50 families presently. We aim to reach as many families as possible. Alongside the payment of tuition, Ties That Bind Foundation aims to reach people of diverse age groups and communities that can benefit from timely help of monetary funds and other assistance that serve the needs in an integrated manner.
